Enter as Administrator<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">2. Control Alt Delete<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">3. Choose Task Manager<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">4. File and Run New type msconfig<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">5. Select Start Up Check Safe Mode<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">6. Click OK and allow your machine to re-boot.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">7. I sign in as Administrator at this point. You will find that the problem is no longer there in safe mode.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">8. Select Command Prompt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">9. Type sfc \/scannow<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">10. The scan will probably return &#8220;No files affected&#8221; or something that states all was in order. Sorry, I did not write it down.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">11. Type in msconfig again<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">12. Select Start Up and Uncheck the Safe Mode box and Hit OK<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">13.
